Last year I tried posting some of the demos I liked on Cohost since other people were doing so, and I want to try it out again as something to put on my blog. But I haven't had much patience for the demos this year so I'll just post a quick blurb on some of the demos. I have not necessarily completed all of them either. Next Fest ends Monday.

The first demo I played, sequel to GAME OF THE YEAR: 420BLAZEIT vs xxXilluminatiXxx [wow/10 #rekt edition] - Montage Parody The Game. Did not expect this to happen. It's exactly what it looks like. That it's genuinely kinetic and has fun combat is even better.

Interested since it's from the people behind Smile For Me, a pretty good game that I haven't revisited since they updated it with now graphics and music. Just like that one, you physically nod and shake your head with mouselook to say yes or no, although this time only in the first-person sections. Now you can suck the dialouge out of characters and spit them out to other people. Want to see where this goes, ping-pong ball head.

The PS360 nostalgia wave slowly approaches ha ha. The God of War (classic) throwbacks are about to run wild. In all seriousness this is actually a game from 20 years ago finally getting released. Here's a 2013 writeup about what happened. Bit glitchy.

• STRAFTAT: New arena shooter by the BABIDI people. Pretty fun.
• ANTONBLAST: Wario Land X Crash Bandicoot. It's good.
• Rivals of Aether II: Wow they've gotten a much bigger budget. I've fallen out of love with Smash Bros and platformer fighters at the moment, unfortunately.
• Galactic Getaway: Haven't even tried this at all since they need an account on launch (It's an Animal Crossing MMO, with minigames). Only notable to me because it's from the people behind Nookazon, an item selling/trading service I used when I played New Horizons.
• HYPERBEAT: Stylish rhythm game, which has controller guides you can customize to look like a PSP or a DS.
• TETRACHROMA: Haven't played the demo this week, but only because I already tried it ages ago, and am already sold.
• Metro Gravity: Finally, Flip's Twisted World but good.
